Where are my products shipped from?
Each product will be shipped from according to the brand and the location of their warehouse. This can mean that shipment times will vary between items and several packages will be delivered at different times and dates.
How do I track my order?
Upon packaging and shipping of your order a tracking number will be sent to you via email. Use the link provided within the email to track your order.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Each brand has its own turnaround time and are located in cities across Australia. Shipping time will depend on the brand of your items and the location of your receiving address.
How do I return an item?
We're sorry you're unhappy with your purchase! Please have a look at our shipping policy. Once you know your item is consistent with our requirements please send us an email to start your return.
Am I able to exchange an item instead?
No exchanges are accepted. If you would like to purchase a different product please re-purchase your new product and put through a returns request.

How do I wash wash my items?
For Boss + Boo, Willa + Co items: Hand wash accessories with warm water and a small amount of soap (no harsh chemicals) and then let them air dry.
How do I measure my dog?
Chest: measure the circumference around the widest part of your dog’s chest (rib cage area) just behind the front legs
Neck: measure the circumference where your dog’s collar would naturally sit
